I am a Certified YM-YWCA Group Fitness Instructor, and have been instructing women in the Arnprior area for over two decades. During the day, I work at Health Canada committed to improving the lives of Canadians and assist in making this country’s population among the healthiest in the world by longevity, lifestyle and effective use of the public health care system. As my hobby and passion, I am motivated to teach you an energetic Gentle Low & Lean, Lean & Fit and Muscle Strength and Core Fitness Class. These classes are guaranteed to challenge, tone and tighten your entire body while improving your muscular strength and endurance. I have incorporated health and fitness as a priority in my personal life and I have a strong desire to assist in the promotion of fitness, health and well being for other women in the community by incorporating a balanced exercise program. My goal is to motivate and encourage women to remain healthy and get active.
